The Rock Hawk from CST is an aggressive trail tyre that excels in loose and rocky terrain. Evenly spaced soft compound siped centre tread grip well on technical climbs and under braking. The evenly spaced tread pattern offers predictable cornering grip at any lean angle and the well supported harder compound side knobs allow you to really rail the corners. Tubeless ready, a competitive weight (920g 29x2.25) and with EPS puncture protection, the CST Rock Hawk is a great choice for trail riding on hardpack, rocky and loose terrain.

Technology
EPS (Exceptional Puncture Safety) technology protection offers an added layer of proprietary rubberised polyfiber material between the tread and the casing. The tight weave of this lightweight, puncture-resistant layer prevents sharp objects from penetrating the casing and damaging the tube.
TubeLess Ready technology means your tyre is both capable of being fitted with or without an inner tube. Should you wish to ride tubeless, all you will need to do is add some CST tubeless sealant to the inside of the tyre. (Please note: A tubeless-ready wheel and valve are needed to complete the set-up.)
Compound
Dual Compound - Two compounds used within the tread of select tyres to offer lower rolling resistance and increased cornering grip.
